General Information on Produce Orders We currently order boxes of produce and additional items every other week. The week before the order is delivered, you will receive an email from one of the Co-op Coordinators that will notify you that ordering is open for the current cycle. There will be two order emails each week. The first one is to open ordering for our 'pre-order' and 'main' items, dairy, nuts, granola, juices, honey, meat, eggs, shrimp, cheese, coffee, baked goods, soaps, and produce boxes. The second is to open ordering for additional a la carte items (fruits and vegetables) we are considering ordering by the case. The first email will usually come on Wednesday after the previous pick-up and the second on Friday before pick-up after the new case prices come out. We will order the a la carte items if we have enough interest to fill cases. If there are additional items left in a case that have not been spoken for, they will be available for sale at Pick-Up. You may also claim these items ahead of time during our Case Filling Phase of the order, which will open the Monday before Pick-up for about 24 hours. |
